• Your item must be in the original packaging.

In the unlikely event that if you have received wrong or damaged product we are always happy to exchange (If available )or return it * .

• We cannot offer a refund on a piece unless it is found to be faulty* . In certain circumstances we may be able to offer an exchange for another piece or design . 
  Balance amount will be adjusted with a discount/offer  coupon .
• You have 5 days calendar days to return an item (ship the item yourself and share us the receipt ) from the date you received it. This is only applicable if you have received a damaged product or wrong product . (Shipping charges has to be born by the client )
• Any damaged Product if you have received , we request our clients to share us an image within 24 hr of delivery . We will require a proper image & Video of the damage *.
